SCi-Eidos in talks with Time Warner - report

Entertainment firm could take 10 per cent stake in publisher

SCi-Eidos is currently in talks with Time Warner to produce a series of games based on New Line Cinema properties.

That's according to a Financial Times report which states that the deal could see Time Warner acquiring a 10 per cent stake in SCi. New Line's properties include Snakes on a Plane, the Lord of the Rings Films and Austin Powers.

A spokesperson for SCi-Eidos declined to confirm or deny the report, telling GamesIndustry.biz: "Eidos does not comment on speculation or rumour."
