Registration opens for Edinburgh 2007

Linden Labs and BBC join line-up

Registration has opened for this year's Edinburgh Interactive Festival 2007, taking place at the Royal College of Physicians, August 13 — 14.

An early bird discount rate is available for GBP 120, while Scottish developers can take advantage of a GBP 99 pass and students can enter for GBP 75.

This year's festival includes a keynote from Ubisoft president Yves Guillemot, as well as sessions from the BBCs multiplatform controller Simon Nelson and Linden Labs' Jim Purbeck.

Speakers from other media disciplines include actors Andy Serkis and Stephen Berkoff, Fight Club director David Fincher and Pirates of the Caribbean screenwriter Stuart Beattie.
