Playlogic signs publishing, distribution deal with Ignition

First titles due in early 2008

Playlogic Entertainment announced that it has signed a publishing and distribution agreement with Ignition Entertainment for the North American market.

The titles covered by this agreement are Xyanide: Resurrection for PS2 and Obscure: The Aftermath for PC, PS2, and Wii. Playlogic was recently approved as a third-party PlayStation publisher by SCEA.

"We are excited to enter into this partnership with Ignition and are confident in their ability to successfully bring these titles to market," said Playlogic's international sales director Pierre Thiercelin.

"We very much look forward to working with Playlogic, and bringing their titles to the American market place," added Ajay Chadha, Ignition USA's president. "We feel that each game will be well received by fans of their respective genres."

Xyanide Resurrection was created at Playlogic's in-house studio, the Playlogic Game Factory, in The Netherlands.
