SCE Worldwide Studios president Phil Harrison is to give a keynote speech at this year's Game Developers Conference on the new opportunities offered by advancements in connectivity.

Titled 'Game 3.0: Developing and creating for the third age of videogames', Harrison's speech will discuss the concept of 'always on' gaming, emerging products and services for developers and Sony's own plans to promote growth in the market.

GDC 2007 will take place between March 5 - 9 at the Moscone Convention Center, San Francisco. More than 12,500 visitors are expected to attend.
