OneBigGame unveils fund raising bike ride

OneBigGame, the non-profit games publisher, is calling for members of the games industry join its first annual OneBigBikeRide, taking place September 5-12, 2009 in California.

OneBigBikeRide is limited to 50 places and will see participants start in Yosemite National Park, go through the Napa Valley and cross The Golden Gate Bridge to finish in San Francisco. The funds raised by the bike ride will be put towards promoting the publisher, which hopes to publish games to raise money for childrens' charities.

"We've already had a great response to the ride with sign-ups from industry journalists, developers and publishers. It's a great way for us to raise additional funds, spread the word about OBG and get a little fitter," said Martin de Ronde, founder and chairman of OneBigGame.org.

Sign ups are now being accepted at OneBigGame's website.
