OneBigGame signs titles from Cecil, Perry and Matsuura

Leading game developers contribute new games to non-profit organisation, with Chime from Zoe Mode to be released this winter

Non-profit organisation OneBigGame has confirmed a number of development partners for its charity publishing venture.

The UK's Zoe Mode studio, Revolution's Charles Cecil, former Shiny Entertainment boss David Perry and Parappa the Rapper creator Masaya Matsuura will all contribute new games to be sold for charity via various digital distribution methods.

The first title will be music rhythm game Chime from Zoe Mode, to be sold via Xbox Live this winter and featuring music from Moby and Orbital's Paul Hartnoll.

Over 15 games developers are working with OneBigGame to develop titles which will be exclusive to the organisation for a period of between 4-12 months.

David Perry's game promises to be a remake of one of his all-time favourite ZX Spectrum titles, while Charles Cecil, creator of Beneath a Steel Sky, will unveil an adventure game based on MineSweeper. Matsuura's WINtA was shown briefly at GameCity last week, and is a music game for the iPhone. All of these will be released in 2010.

OneBigGame aims to donate a minimum of 80 per cent of all donations to the charity to Save the Children and Starlight Children's Foundation.
