Nokia has announced Q4 2007 financial results, with sales of up 34 per cent from the prior year to EUR 15.7 billion

Nokia has announced Q4 2007 financial results, with sales up 34 per cent from the prior year to EUR 15.7 billion.

The company's diluted earnings per share of EUR 0.47 showed an increase of 47 per cent from the prior year.

For the full fiscal year, the company is reporting net sales of EUR 51.1 billion (USD 75.4 billion), up 24 per cent from the prior year, and earnings per share of EUR 1.83 (USD 2.70)

Nokia estimates that its share of the device market reached 40 per cent during the fourth quarter. Its board of directors will propose a dividend of EUR 0.53 per share for the year, up from EUR 0.43 per share in 2006.
