Nintendo continues dominance of Aussie chart

Wii Fit has held onto the top spot in the Australian software chart for the week ended August 31, according to data collected by GfK Australia.

The Wii Play bundle also held onto its position at number two on the chart, followed by the Nintendo DS's Mario Kart at number three and Brain Training at four.

Too Human for the Xbox 360 broke into the chart at number six and Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08 for the Wii came in at number seven.

Super Smash Bros Brawl for the Wii was at eighth place, while bringing the top ten of the chart to a close was The Sims 2: Apartment Life for the PC at nine and More Brain Training for the DS at ten.

The Australian software sales chart for the week ended August 31 follows:

  • 4. Dr Kawashima's Brain Training (DS)
