New York Comic Con to host games summit

The New York Comic Con is to include a gamer's summit featuring roundtables discussing writing for games, advice on how to break into the industry and games journalism.

Epic Games president Michael Capps and Gears of War scriptwriter Joshua Ortega will be offering insight into the forthcoming Gears of War 2, and titles such as Age of Conan, EVE Online, Iron Man and Warhammer Online will also be on show.

Publishers Konami, Ubisoft, Namco Bandai and Square Enix will also be exhibiting at the show, which takes place April 18 – 20, at the Jacob K Javits Center in New York City.

The dedicated gamer's summit is scheduled for April 20.
