NCsoft ties up Russian distribution deal

Boxed and digital deals struck for Tabula Rasa, Lineage, more

NCsoft has inked deals with three Russian firms to distribute its MMO products in the region.

Noviy Disk will bring boxed copies of Richard Garriott's Tabula Rasa to Russia, while Netville and Yandex have secured digital rights to a number of titles including Lineage II: The Chaotic Throne, City of Heroes and the Guild Wars franchise.

"We are delighted to be working with such respected and commercially successful partners, as Noviy Disk, Netville and Yandex," commented Max Brown, sales and operations director of NCsoft Europe.

"Through our joint cooperation, NCsoft titles are available to customers across the entire country. Our partnerships ensure that we can meet our playerâs needs and prepare them for our titles this year and beyond."
