Microsoft has introduced PayPal as a method of payment to its US Xbox Live service, enabling users to purchase Microsoft Points without first registering a credit card.

The new service however, is only available through Xbox.com, so not via the console itself. Multiple PayPal accounts can be linked an individual Xbox Live account.

Introduction of the new PayPal integration comes ahead of the launch of Microsoft's new Games On Demand service, which will offer a range of full Xbox 360 games for sale digitally at prices ranging from 1600 to 2400 Microsoft Points, or between USD 19.99 and USD 29.99.
