- Independent studio Pixelpickle Games shared its first screenshots of Lylian today, an action side-scroller currently in development for Windows. Using unique elements of visual and audio cues to entrance the player into seeing an unstable young girl's warped perspective of reality, the player gets caught up as she spirals into the unknown depths of her own imagination. The screenshots show early instances of the game design.

In development by Pixelpickle Games, Lylian is a 2D side scroller action game initially for the PC. The player controls Lylian's imagination which can change the world and its inhabitants in real-time. With unique attack abilities, humorous enemies and original bosses, the game is a mix of fast action set by a storyline with great pacing in beautifully rendered environments - It brings something fresh to the genre. An Arcade style of play will also be available, with a cooperative mode of up to 4 players.

Pixelpickle Games is an independent company focused on creating small yet fun and unusual games initially for the PC with an outlook to develop for multiple platforms including next gen consoles and handheld devices.
