Legendary Pictures übernimmt Mass-Effect-Verfilmung

Nachdem Spider-Man-Produzent Avi Arad bereits im Jahr 2008 die Rechte an Biowares Mass Effect erworben hatte, scheint sich das Projekt nun in einer frühen Produktionsphase zu befinden. Nach Berichten des Heat Vision Blog des Hollywood Reporter wird die Produktion von Legendary Pictures und Warner Bros. übernommen. Als Produzenten sind Avi und Ara Arad sowie Legendarys Thomas Tull und Jon Jashni eingestiegen. Von BioWare selbst sind Ray Muzyka, Greg Zeschuk und Casey Hudson als ausführende Produzenten dabei.
