Innex/Sega deal
US distribution agreement signed for assortment of handheld and plug-into-the-telly games.

(City of Industry - September 22, 2009) - Innex, Inc.today announced that it would distribute in 2009 a wide range of consumer electronics, games, and toys products offered by AtGames® Holdings Ltd. based on licensed SEGA console game software. Included in the announced products are the "Plug and Play" games, handheld LCD game players with game-playing functions, and TV game consoles. These products incorporate licensed games including the Genesis (Mega Drive) games "Sonic and Knuckles" and "Sonic 3D".

Firecore Classic Console
The Firecore classic console not only plays most of your old Genesis cartridges, but is also jam packed with 20 licensed Sega games! The Firecore features a built-in IR receiver to support wireless Firecore controllers (not included), and is also compatible with the Firecore SD cartridge. The Firecore is also built to support newly developed games which use true color technology.

SEGA granted AtGames the exclusive right to sell selected SEGA software products for SEGA's proprietary platforms (e.g., SEGA Master System, SEGA GAME GEAR, SEGA GENESIS (MEGA DRIVE) System, SEGA SATURN System, SEGA 32X, SEGA CD and SEGA Dreamcast System) bundled together with an emulator for these SEGA proprietary platforms to original equipment manufacturers, chip makers and other product manufacturers in Greater China. In turn, these original equipment manufacturers, chip makers and other product manufacturers will incorporate these bundles into products for sale throughout the world.
