Infogrames appoints Perbet to board

As company seeks more independence for directors

Infogrames has appointed Jean-Michel Perbet to its board of directors.

Perbet will also take on the role of deputy chief operating officer in charge of distribution. He is the current chairman of Atari Europe.

The company also said that it is in the process of making the board of directors more independent and intends to bring more new members to the board.
