Imagine hires Ramsay as new chairman

Games magazine publisher Imagine has hired Alistair Ramsay as non-executive chairman to help drive acquisitions and overseas growth.

Games magazine publisher Imagine has hired Alistair Ramsay as non-executive chairman to help drive acquisitions and overseas growth.

Ramsay has previously been CEO of Dennis Publishing where he was responsible for launching the company's US division. He is also non-executive chairman of Imagine's distributor Seymour, and marketing and fulfilment company, Dovetail.

"I am really looking forward to getting involved with Imagine, as they are really well placed to further develop the business," commented Ramsay.

"They have strong publications and market positions, a talented and proven management team and supportive financial backers."
