Hayes promoted to president of Sega America

European boss takes on US responsibility, completing internal staff shake-up

Sega Europe's chief operating officer Mike Hayes has been promoted to president of Sega of America, completing an internal shake-up at the publisher's European business, SEGA has confirmed to GamesIndustry.biz.

Alan Pritchard was recently appointed European managing director, with John Clark stepping up as UK managing director. Amanda Farr also recently joined the company as UK marketing director.

It was announced over night that outgoing Sega of America president Simon Jeffrey has joined ngmoco, leaving the company after four years.
