Gran Turismo 5 Prologue bundle coming to Europe
French website pegs release date of March 29 at EUR 399
SCEE has confirmed to our sister site Eurogamer.net that the company plans to launch a PS3 Gran Turismo 5 Prologue bundle next month.
The Sony spokesperson declined to confirm a price or a release date. However, French website Game-Class is suggesting that the bundle will be released on March 29 at a price of EUR 399.
Sony said only that "We are targeting an end of March release for GT5 Prologue - standalone, PlayStation Network and bundle."
Game-Class also believes that a Blu-ray movie bundle is on the way, which consists of a 40GB PlayStation 3 and Blu-ray versions of Spider-Man 3, 300 and Casino Royale for EUR 399.
Sony offered no details on the movie bundle, although it did not deny its existence.
The news of a European bundle follows SCEA's announcement of a Metal Gear Solid 4 PS3 bundle coming to North America during the end of Q2.
