GC Asia unveils 12 participating countries

Leipziger Messe International has reported that 12 countries will be participating at this year's Games Convention Asia and Games Convention Asia Conference, with the theme of 'Inspire Yourself', at the Suntec International Convention & Exhibition Centre, Singapore.

Companies representing 12 countries have already signed up to exhibit at the event, taking place over 18-20 September. Among those confirmed are companies from Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, Netherlands, Germany, USA, Malaysia, and China. Additionally, LMI confirmed that the event would see the world premieres of a number of products.

"Multi-cultural game development is a major theme when you are talking about a region such as the Asia-Pacific," said Jorg Zeissig, managing director.

"With the number of international companies we are presenting, as well as some confirmed world exclusive premieres, we are confident this year's GCA and GCAC will eclipse last year's show in terms of knowledge exchange, and importance on a global level."
