GamesIndustry.biz inks partnership with GC Asia

GamesIndustry.biz has been confirmed as the international media partner for this year's Games Convention Asia and Games Convention Asia Conference, and will provide extensive coverage of both events as they take place next month.

The GamesIndustry.biz team will provide interviews with keynote speakers as well as the latest news on the show, while the GamesIndustry.biz Network will partner with the event to welcome GC Asia Conference attendees into its business-only networking community.

"The Asia-Pacific region is on the minds of a lot of people in the industry right now, and it's going to be particularly exciting to see how the business there will evolve," said Phil Elliott, editor of GamesIndustry.biz. "Games Convention Asia is a great event to watch that transition first hand, and get to know the people at the forefront of it."

"GamesIndustry.biz is a truly international player and its readers are interested in the global games industry," said Jorg Zeissig, managing director, Leipziger Messe International Asia. "By partnering with them, and introducing our audience to the GamesIndustry.biz Network, we will be able to share the opportunities we're seeing in the Asia-Pacific region with the rest of the world."

GCA and GCAC take place from September 18-20, 2008, at the Suntec International Convention Centre in Singapore.
