Eurogamer Denmark goes live

Leading consumer website continues advancement across Europe

Eurogamer Network, publisher of GamesIndustry.biz, has announced that its latest localised European website has gone live.

Eurogamer Denmark now joins France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, The Netherlands, The Czech Republic and Romania, along with the UK-based Eurogamer.net.

"We've had great success with our expansion across Europe so far," commented Rupert Loman, managing director of Eurogamer. "We're very happy to be launching Eurogamer in Denmark, and together with our help we expect Kristian and his team to create a fantastic site for the region."

"Eurogamer is a true icon in European gaming and I'm proud to be part of the Danish expansion," added editor in chief of Eurogamer.dk Kristian West. "Personally I look forward to sharing with Danish gamers this fresh take on our games and the vast industry behind them.

"We have some great stuff lined up for the launch, and we have assembled a growing team of brilliant Danish writers to contribute to the unique content found in the Eurogamer Network," he added.
