Epic's Unreal titles now on Steam

10 per cent discount for introductory week

Valve has announced that developer Epic Games is making its debut on Steam today.

The titles now available on Steam include the Unreal Gold, Unreal 2: The Awakening and the Unreal Tournament series - Unreal Tournament: Game of the Year Edition, Unreal Tournament 2004: Editor's Choice Edition and the recently released Unreal Tournament 3.

"Steam is a revolutionary technology that opens up an entirely new way to put our games into the hands of millions of PC gamers around the world," said Jay Wilbur, vice president of Epic.

"Valve has changed the face of digital distribution for game developers, publishers and consumers, and we are thrilled to be a part of the Steam community."

To celebrate the launch, Valve is offering Epic's games at 10 per cent off the regular price until March 24.
