Streamline will provide complete 3D services for the upcoming shooter, due later this year on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

"Streamline Studios is one of our key external providers of digital content for Epic," commented Mark Rein, vice president of Epic Games.

"We're pleased with the great content they've provided for games such as Gears of War and the Unreal Tournament series," he said.

Streamline counts Gearbox Software, Codemasters, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft and Human Head amongst it clients.

"Unreal Tournament 3 will be the fifth next-generation title we've worked on, and we're excited to apply that learning as we push forward the boundaries of high resolution digital art," said Alexander Fernandez, CEO of Streamline Studios.
