Disney kauft Playdom

Das Unternehmen gab bekannt, dass man den Social-Games-Spezialisten für 563,2 Mio. US-Dollar aufkaufen wird. Diese Summe beinhaltet leistungsabhängige Vergütungen in Höhe von 200 Mio. US-Dollar.
