Climax's London Studio gets new president

Developer Climax has announced that Jonas Eneroth, formerly of Bungie and Eidos, has been appointed president of the company's London based studio.

Developer Climax has announced that industry veteran Jonas Eneroth has been appointed president of the company's London based studio, bringing with him over ten years of experience at companies including Bungie and Eidos.

Eneroth's experience lies in in managing product development and origination, and he was a co-founder of MMO and mobile game studio Wired Realms. He will oversee the day-to-day running of the studio, with added focus on the mobile and handheld sector.

"Jonas's experience working on massive gaming projects like Thief and Hitman will prove invaluable, especially at a time when the London studio is expanding to work on several major titles," commented Climax CEO Karl Jeffrey

"Climax has come so far over the last few years that we're able to attract the industry's most highly respected professionals, like Jonas. With people of his calibre joining, the company can only go from strength to strength."

Eneroth added: "I've long-admired Climax, both for the games it develops and the way that it works, so I jumped at the chance to join."
