Banjo 3 for holiday 2008?
No official release date announced
In a post-D.I.C.E. interview, Microsoft Game Studio head Shane Kim has revealed that the third Banjo Kazooie game will be released in time for this holiday season.
Although the game is known to be in development, no official statement has been made regarding the release date and no US game retailers appear have the game listed on their websites.
But a source close to the developer Rare has since confirmed to GamesIndustry.biz that what Kim said on an MTV Games blog was indeed accurate.
When asked about Rare's future plans, he said that he was excited about what the developer was doing with Banjo and thought it would be a big hit for Microsoft this holiday.
Microsoft had no immediate comment or clarification.
