Atari files delayed annual report

$69.7 million net loss for the year

Atari has filed its annual report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2007.

Net revenue for the year was USD 122.3 million, down from USD 206.8 million in the comparable period one year earlier. Net loss for the year was USD 69.7 million, slightly higher than the USD 69 million net loss during the prior year.

As reported earlier, Atari delayed filing its annual report because it needed time to determine the amount of a goodwill impairment charge. That charge amounted to USD 54.1 million.

Atari has not yet filed its quarterly report for the period ending June 30, 2007, but expects to do so in October. Once that report is filed, the company will be in compliance with NASDAQ listing requirements. Atari received a NASDAQ delisting notice in July.
