Alten8 Limited a UK based licensor, developer and publisher, would like to confirm the expansion it has achieved during 2008, and its plans to carry on with this expansion during 2009.
Moving recently to bigger offices within the Basepoint Business and Innovation Centre, in Luton, United Kingdom, Alten8 has increased its floor space by 300% at its head office facilities.
During 2008, Alten8 has also increased its workforce by 300% within the Luton office across all disciplines and support staff.
With major TV IP branded games in development, as well as film projects also in production, Alten8 has a full program of activities moving forward, including several development contracts for other larger publishers.
Paul Andrews, CEO and founder of Alten8 said - I could not be more pleased with the progress Alten8 has made in the past 12 months. Whilst small in the scheme of things, we are managing to buck the trend of many companies and actively expand organically, with the help of new investment partners, whilst still retaining control and also the core values which we started with. Our mission has not changed, to be a world leader in independent media production, and also become the distribution partner of choice for interesting and fresh IP, from films to games to audio. By having a diverse range of products, from budget to console as we move forward, and by embracing new technology and reacting to what both the public and retailers want, we are confident of continuing our expansion moving into 2009
Alten8 is a privately held company based in the UK, developing media products, for Nintendo DS, Wii, XBOX360, PS3 , Mobile , PC and DVD.
