Gameloft partners with CARE for Dragon Mania Legends charity event

"Stronger Together" event will see a minimum of $50,000 donated to fight poverty

Today, Gameloft has announced it will partner with humanitarian charity CARE to raise money to fight poverty in Dragon Mania Legends.

The "Stronger Together" in-game event will run from April 8-18 and will allow players to donate to CARE by voting for one of three dragon designs to be added permanently to the game. 100% of the revenue will be donated to CARE, with a minimum donation of $50,000 to come from Gameloft at the end of the event.

"Our games allow players to do extraordinary things, and that extends to the way we want to support important causes," said Gameloft VP of marketing and communications Damien Marchi. "The Stronger Together event is giving fans the power to have a positive impact on the world by making their game moments count. And we can't wait to see all their dragons entering the Arena to fight poverty, hand in hand with CARE."

CARE is a global organization that works to fight poverty, with a focus on working alongside women and girls.
