Another new board member for Razer

Michael L. Pfeiffer brings accountancy background to peripherals company

Peripherals specialist Razer has added another executive to its board in Michael L. Pfeiffer, an accountant and former PricewaterhouseCoopers audit partner.

"We are delighted to welcome Michael to Razer's board," said CEO Min-Liang Tan.

"His expertise will be of great benefit to us as we continue to extend the Razer brand and our product offerings to the growing gaming community worldwide."

Pfeiffer is also currently a board member and chairman of the audit committee of Alpha and Omega Semiconductor and has 30 years of experience in public accounting, especially the territories of Silicon Valley and Asia.

"I look forward to working with Razer as the company continues to develop great products and services and grow its loyal fan base," added Pfeiffer.

Earlier this month former YouTube and Facebook CFO Gideon Yu also joined the board of directors.
