SEGA to host Eurogamer Expo Indie Arcade

Submissions are now open for the Eurogamer Expo Indie Arcade, supported by SEGA, and in association with Rock Paper Shotgun.

The Arcade will showcase more than a dozen independent games, and has previously played host to titles like Joe Danger, Nidhogg and Hohokum.

It’s a chance for independent developers to share their games with the 30,000 gamers expected to attend the Eurogamer Expo in September. It costs nothing to enter, and the closing date for submissions is August 19.

"The response to the Indie Arcade at previous Eurogamer Expos has been phenomenal, both from developers and Expo visitors," said David Hayward, organiser of the Eurogamer Expo Indie Arcade.

"We had well over a hundred submissions to choose from last year, and with independent development going from strength to strength we're expecting many more this time."

The Eurogamer Expo is the biggest dedicated video games event in the UK, and takes place September 22-25 at Earls Court.
