iOS title goes co-op and multiplayer with added micro transactions

Japanese mobile firm DeNA is to release Epic and Chair Entertainment's iOS hit Infinity Blade in Japan as a social title

Infinity Blade X adds multiplayer and co-op features via DeNA's Mobage network and will be free-to-play supported by the sale of virtual goods.

The original title was a high-priced release on Apple's App Store, with developer Chair telling GamesIndustry.biz this year that it would have liked to see the platform holder do more to support high priced apps.
