Tecmo Koei absorbs subsidiaries
Tecmo and Koei now sharing management, but separate brands retained
Tecmo Koei Games has elected to absorb its two subsidiaries into one company.
Tecmo and Koei merged in 2008, but have continued to operate as seperate firms within the umbrella company.
AndriaSang reports that the two will now "operate as one under Tecmo Koei Games management" as an efficiency move.
Both brand names will be retained, however.
